The fastest growing patient population is adults ages 65 and older, which are considered geriatric patients. With health care needs and considerations that require personalized attention, it’s essential to have providers that understand these specific challenges. That’s why several members of our team specialize in geriatrics.
The expertise of our providers extends beyond the office, enabling us to provide guidance and support for a wide range of lifestyle concerns, such as managing medication, independence, and counseling for caretakers. Also, as an extended service, we are proud to provide support and care in several nursing and assisted-living facilities in Gwinnett County, including Gwinnett Extended Care Center at Gwinnett Medical Center-Lawrenceville.
We recognize that women play many roles and that poses unique health care challenges for their well-being. To ensure comprehensive wellness care for women, we offer cousneling for nutrition, contraception and hormone replacement therapy, as well as routine breast exams and pap smears.
